An exciting opportunity has become available at Watford Football Club. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our Retail team.

You will be required to work in the club shops, at Vicarage Road Stadium, Atria Watford shopping centre, and the retail kiosks located inside the stadium.

You will be expected to provide an excellent shopping environment for all customers, to communicate clearly and positively, to deliver outstanding customer service, to assist with the online store and warehouse operations, and to maintain daily procedures including stock loss, deliveries, and the stock room.

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, be enthusiastic, hardworking, and be flexible to the requirements of the position and the business.

Applicants should ideally live local to Watford or the surrounding areas and be a UK resident or non-UK resident with a valid UK work permit, and ideally have experience working within a similar role.

You must:

• Have previous retail or customer service experience
• Be able to work as part of a sales team
• Have outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Have an understanding of the club’s commitment to EDI and Safeguarding
