Sunday (Primarily) Virtual Gatherings In response to the Coronavirus pandemic our Sunday worship gatherings are primarily online for now, with some limited seating available for live attendance.

Here are the details:

• Sunday Morning Worship will still happen at 10:15 each Sunday.
• The Worship Band, the AV Team, and Pastor Jeff will be broadcasting live from the building.
• We will be opening the doors of the building to people who want to attend in person or who have poor internet at their home, but note that this is a very different experience than we are used to on Sundays.
  • The seating is limited, so please save yourself a seat by clicking this link.
  • Masks will be expected of everyone in the building on Sundays. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, we encourage you to watch our livestream from a safe location.
  • There will be no Kidopolis or youth programming at our building.
  • There will be no refreshments, coffee, or access to our water dispenser.
  • The sound will be optimized for our livestream, so it will be quieter than normal in the auditorium.

Christmas For Everyone This year, LCC had initially committed to sponsoring 25 kiddos and we ended up sponsoring 27 in total! Great job and thank you! Christmas For Everyone is a program coordinated by Faith Church that provides Christmas gifts for children in Tippecanoe County. Low-income families register their children for the program, and Faith Church assigns sponsorship of these families to various churches in Lafayette.

This year, LCC will not be a host church for Distribution Day, but you can still volunteer at another host church.

Here are ways you can participate:

1. Volunteer for Distribution Day on December 12: We’re still getting info put together about how to volunteer at a host church.
2. Pray for the event: Continue to pray for the families and volunteers putting it all together. This year is an especially challenging time for both the families needing support and the folks organizing everything in ways that are safe yet effective and loving.
3. Donate wrapping paper and supplies to bless this year’s distribution sites.

Fusion Youth • Sunday Evenings @ 5:15pm Open to students grade 6-12, the multi-fellowship Fusion youth group will be meeting at Sunrise Christian Reformed Church (909 E 500 South), for the month of November.
