Today on the show we are joined by Lydia Eke who is a broadcast and print media journalist from Nigeria. Lydia has over 20 years professional experience in print, broadcast as well as online journalism. She is currently a Principal News Editor, and works with the UNILAG 103.1FM – Nigeria’s First Campus Radio Station in Nigeria. Lydia is also a food blogger, a food journalist, culinary writer/consultant, and a food You Tuber. She joins us on the line from Lagos.
