In-studio interview with Gym Jam instructor for the week: Lephoi "Poison" Setlhatlole ABOUT: My name is Lephoi "Poison" Setlhatlole. I started in the Fitness industry in June of 2003, where I worked at the Vanderbijlpark Virgin Active as a Fitness instructor, until November. In December of 2003, I started at the Sandton Virgin Active where I was also a Fitness instructor until May of 2005. In June 2005 I started at the Germiston Virgin Active and I worked in the same position but was also an Assistant Wellness Manager until May of 2006. June of 2006, I was promoted to a Dual Portfolio Position of managing: 1) Floor instructors  2) Aerobics instructors and a Personal Training Manager until July of 2008. In August of the same year, I decided to be a Sales Consultant at Greenstone Virgin Active for three months. After three months, I resigned from Virgin Active. I then started at the SABC gym in 2010, and was promoted to a Gym manager within 6 months of working there. I'm currently still at SABC, working as a floor instructor and in my spare time, I working in my company, Lephoi Sports Management Services.
