IN-STUDIO INTERVIEW: Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) spokesperson Superintendent Wayne Minnaar (63) has retired after 41 years of service. A surprise farewell party for Minnaar was held at the department's headquarters in Martindale, Johannesburg. Over the years Wayne has become the face of the JMPD and a familiar voice on radio and TV.
