some of you know that I recently spent seven weeks working at a construction site for the first time in my life. What you didn't know was the intricacies of personal confrontations occurring with some of the employees. One of those confrontations let me to finally leave the construction site, and in this podcast I give you some of the details and share with you how I handled it.
