In this episode I respond to a listener’s situation about living in India where the stigma of mental illness is very high, and how to deal with it. I turned on the mic and gave some of my thoughts about the issue of stigma, as well as some suggestions on self care. This is a common issue one would learn in a psychology course, especially in the field of clinical or counseling psychology. I also include some personal anecdotes, as usual. Don’t tell my in-laws, I kind of talk about them.
