We chat with Bruce Bussell of Nick's Shaved Ice Paradise.  He had a dream to create a place where his son, Nick, could have a safe environment to work after he graduated high school.  Bruce's nonprofit organization is dedicated to hiring and training individuals with developmental disabilities and who are having trouble finding a job.
