At times in Pastoral ministry, a select member can be irate, irritating, and burdensome. Character matters while performing leadership freedoms under any pastoral ministry. Character is a part of BECOMING in our spiritual growth. It is evident in the parable of the Talents the third servant hasn't grown much, much less not having any respect for the landowner.

Today, KMM in a "Short Word" portray, using this parable, to teach on the conflicting relationship that can exist between the Pastor and a particular member.
