James Walton of THAT Event Company talks about his drive to Carbon Neutrality in his business.

My name is James and I am the managing Director of That Event Company in Oxford.

I was Born in Oxford in 1981, spent all of my early years in local schools along with a 3 year stint away at university.

I have 3 Children all in Primary school – the same primary school I attended when I was their age.

I am true believer that we are a nomadic race until we feel settled, I have just been lucky to find somewhere I can and do call home after 39 years.

I got into the events industry whilst at school and I never really lost the bug, starting out hiring to smaller events then as time went on supplying much more intricate and challenging events.

My last main mission has been all about reducing our (the company's) impact on the environment by minimizing fuel and maximising time.
