Singer-songwriter, guitarist, and producer Aaron Lee Tasjan is one of a kind. You may know Tasjan as a founding member of the New York-based bands Semi Precious Weapons and The Madison Square Gardeners. Aaron eventually went solo, with songs like “Up All Night” and “Little Movies.” And Aaron has a new album just out called Stellar Evolution, which includes the single “Horror of it All.” Aaron is beginning an American tour next week, and then a European tour in October.

On this episode of Going There with Dr. Mike, Tasjan discusses his struggle with anxiety and how he uses anxiety as a form of protection rather than something to just avoid and suppress.

Listen to Aaron Lee Tasjan chat about all of this and more in the new episode of Going There with Dr. Mike.
