1. A terrorist involved in the killing of a Kashmiri Pandit in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama was among two shot dead by the security forces today, the police said. 2. A political slugfest has broken out between the Bharatiya Janata Party and Samajwadi Party over the public killing of a witness in a murder case last week. Umesh Pal, a witness in the murder case of a Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA, was shot dead in Prayagraj on Friday. 3. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today challenged his arrest by the CBI in the Supreme Court. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, after hearing Mr Sisodia's lawyer Abhishek Singhvi, asked why they did not go to the high court instead before coming to the Supreme Court directly. 4. Nationalist Congress Party MLAs wearing garland of onions staged a protest at the Maharashtra assembly this morning as the wholesale prices of the key kitchen staple witnessed a steep fall yesterday. The MLAs reached the assembly with baskets full of onions on their heads a day after the farmers stopped the auction at Asia's biggest onion market in Nashik district due to the falling prices. 5.
