Former Mayor Bill de Blasio is no longer a candidate in the crowded race for the 10th Congressional District, which covers Lower Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn. De Blasio dropped out last week, saying he didn’t have enough support. WNYC’s Elizabeth Kim sat down with de Blasio to talk about why he says he won’t run for office again and what he wishes he had done better as mayor.
