The first year teaching is as exciting as it is daunting! It's that step into the field that you've been preparing years for. To really get into the nitty-gritty of that first year, we sat down with two graduates of the B.Ed. program, Pilar and Rosa Li, to discuss their diverse experiences. How can novice teachers best prepare? What do they wish they knew? What were some of the most rewarding moments? What were some surprising challenges? If you are going into your first year and want to hear some relatable voices, or perhaps you're a teacher finishing up your year and wanting to reflect, then this is the episode for you!
