More often than not, high school students enter their tertiary education with no idea how fast-paced their education life will be from here on out. This often leads to youths experiencing burnouts, some without even realising. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak where the line between personal time and work life has been blurred, the chances one will experience burnouts have increased.

Joining us in this episode are guest speakers, Dr. Puspa- a senior lecturer at Taylor’s University, Malaysia who has worked with both local and international NGOs, and Wei Han- a lecturer at HELP University, Malaysia with a Masters in Political Psychology, alongside HELP University's Local Virtual Volunteers- Aniq and Jasmine, as they share the challenges students face in their transition from secondary to tertiary education, signs and tells of burnouts and much more.
