I talk about all the changes Anchor has made to its site and how it's now encouraging me to post in more places and get a Wordpress site going.  I thought I could tie Talking 'Bout My Evolution with my Focusing on the Light website, but I couldn't  However, Anchor/Wordpress went ahead and published EVERY podcast episode for me, which was a nice surprise.

I also talk about how I finally got to spend some time with actual human beings that I like last week, not that I don't like my coworkers, but they aren't my friends.  Being with my friends made me feel hopeful and human again.  I am looking forward to more contact with others in the coming months.
