I talk about how an Intuition classmate of mine Nadia Wallin posted a live Facebook video the other day that made me feel really good.  She shot a short video saying how much she missed all of us and how much we have helped her over the past year.  I enjoyed the post so much and realized (again) that lifting my spirits is just the push of a couple of buttons away.

Later in the podcast I reflect on the condition of a local beach I enjoy visiting year-round and how it's nearly disappeared with the winter weather and the high water levels.
