We teach that homework in school is necessary and it seems there is more and more each year.  Then we expect these same people to become adults who have a work/life balance.  

I go into why homework has its place and where I think it's unnecessary.  You can think what you want after listening to my thoughts about it.. 

I hope young adults can take more initiative in their live and make the choices that they WANT to be making to create what they WANT to for their lives. Then I hope to inspire the willingness to make the most out of the circumstances that come.
