A defining force since the early 1990s, he has played a key role in shaping the eclectic and forward-thinking sound of Nordic electronica, and is widely regarded as a major influence by a new generation of artists—including Prins Thomas and Todd Terje.From 1997 to 2002, Strangefruit hosted his own radio show on the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK), championing cutting-edge music for a national audience.
