Stories always have two-sides, the good and the bad. Which one do you share on social media?
I was too young when I entered the world of social media. I was always posting videos, being crazy, goofy, spreading laughter, and just having a good time. But then I noticed that I got into the habit of comparing myself to other people’s social media posts. I see people who are so young and already have businesses and that made me feel like I wasn't doing enough in my life. Social media made me feel insecure with my body, my life, relationships, and my achievements.
In this episode, I will share the reason why I deleted my social media accounts, the insecurities comparison caused me, and how I got rid of the unnecessary stuff and just focused on working on myself and my relationships.
You don't know everyone on social media and you don’t know what is really going on in their lives. Stop comparing your real life to other people's curated social media feeds. Take your own walk.
