This is a song I made back in 2011 for an assignment in high school and I stumbled on it again recently and wanted to share.
This song was written and recorded c. 2012-2013. It was inspired by a transcript of the play the "Elephant Man" that a friend lent me. I'm not sure why I never shared it before.
Juicy beat I made from samples lifted off of a Kmart in-store muzak cassette tape from October 1990.

all praise unto Billy Corgan, only the mistakes were mine. -RIP
I wrote this song after I saw the Christopher Nolan film "Interstellar". Incidentally, I read somewhere else about a man who committed suicide and had a young daughter he hadn't seen in years. This song was written before I'd read about them, but I think the lyrics are strangely fitting to their story. This song is dedicated to that young girl who misses her dad and all people affected by depression and suicidal thoughts. Stay strong.
Track I made in the summer of 2013 for the short film "24 Hour Dhivehi (Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Maldives)".

Recorded November 2010, with my band at the time, The Motives. I wrote this shortly after listening to "First Breath After Coma" for the first time.
