As educators some of us have come across explosive behaviours in the classroom and for most our immediate response is to remove that student from the class. This is only a temporary solution. Have you ever considered the impact beyond the explosion? Have you ever considered how this explosive behaviour effects the rest of the students in the class or even their parents?
