was my last Sunday slot on D3ep radio network. I asked the listeners to choose two numbers between 1, and 30. Left, middle or right and I let my fingers do the walking. Tunes were pulled, mixes attempted. Fun was had. Now available for you guys. Enjoy.4c x
Really enjoyed this cover session. It was quite a peak time dance floor shaker. Loads in the mix. Enjoy. Minimal talk and maximal music. Dancing shoes at the ready. This goes hard.

Welcome to Mix-room number 7. Apologies for the delay in getting this one up. Here we are though, so strap in for a deep one. Scuba gear at the ready? Some serious Electro inspired this mix as well as some classic Sheffield bleep. I had such a vibe on this one. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. The mix starts off innocently enough with some looped up Disco inspired slow jams, building into some chuggy head down groovers. Rise and fall with me as I weave a way through the genres of the deep, into classic bleep and harder edge techno tinged house. I love the rise and fall of this mix. I meander through the deepest of 4/4 with peaks of europhoria and joyful contemplative moments. Taking you back into the music. I'll be back soon with more deep journey mixes for you and your ears. Stay blessed, stay lucky. Be kind, be patient. One love. 4c xTrack list to follow.
An off the cuff cover session for SV. No jingles, no chat (apart from the intro) Just great deep vibes for your headphones, speakers. Great for the drive, walk, ride, gym, dance. Njoi4c x
The Mix Room has made it to number 6. A lovely journey on this mix. I ease you in gently with some fine re-edits, into nice jazzy beats, and then upping the tempo into some quality house. Some nodding, some shaking , some shuffling, and some spinning ensued. You do you though and if that means feet up with a nice cuppa. Who am I to judge. Enjoy the vibes. Track list to follow. One love 4c x
Wow. We're onto show number four already. More deep dives into the wonderful world of electronica. Deep beats, deep mixes, deep mind state, deep relaxation, deep meditation, deep joy, and of course deep love. Shouts out to the producers for making these amazing tunes. The listeners for your ears, and my long suffering wife for all her support. This mix is much better with some time given to enjoy in all its glory but dive in and out as you see fit. Recommended with headphones. Enjoy and let the chill, chill you out. One love. 4c x
More cover business from me. This time rolling for Jon Manley and his Houseworx show. An absolute institution. Pure freestyle sessions as usual from me on the mix, but kept it very upbeat as you can't go moody on a Friday. Enjoy the vibes and share away.
Mix number three. The Mix-Room is a monthly session where I explore beats and attempt to link the tracks over a theme. We visit four corners of the room diving ever deeper into the journey.Switch off the world for a couple of hours. Hit reset and enjoy. 4c.
Hello all.A very Merry Christmas to you and yours. My gift to you on this Christmas day is a cover Session for Ricardo Da Rhythm on his Da Rhythm Sessions on D3ep. A whistle stop tour of driving 4/4 rhythms with the usual genre hopping vibe. Enjoy. 4c x
series. No specific theme on this mix, just a nice journey taking in some beat-down, moving into some gorgeous soothing house, taking the explorations towards the dance floor and finishing lost in the groove. Stick it on your head phones and take a couple of hours for yourself. Make a nice brew, put your feet up (if you don't get up and groove once I'll be surprised) and enjoy. Peep the tracklist, comment and share far and wide. One love. 4c x
A re-recording of sorts of the first Rhythmic Addiction event held at Bricks in Brixton. Guest deejays myself, Braaks, Stu Clarke (Wolf Music) and the headliner Frits Wentik, The live didn't record on the night. So I pulled the tunes and mixed up from memory. In one hit. Strictly vinyl. With all the scars kept in for flavour. A wicked night all round. Many thanks to Braaks for inviting me down to get the party started. Keep an eye out for future events. They will be top level. Track listbto follow.
Hello there,For the first in a new series of shows and mixes I bring you: The Mix RoomFor the first mix I dive into the modern sound of Detroit. Based around the Hip-Hop, and House vibe. I travel from the J-Dilla inspired lushness of Miguel Attwood Ferguson to the Deep Techno of Omar S. Come with me as I visit the four corners. This list is by no means exhaustive and it was incredibly hard to not do a 10hr set. I've chosen some oldies, lot's of goldies and take you on a nice meander through the vibe. Enjoy. 4c xTrack list to follow.
A series of mixtapes that I occasionally add to. Something completely different from my usual 4/4 output. Expect library, dub, rock, bluegrass, beats, jazz, and just mellow vibes. Stick this on your headphones and take the dog out for a nice stroll.
Well, hello there,Another weekend passes. Another sessionAlpha25 is released. We've made it up to vol #18 now. I hope everyone is well and you've had many highlights to your week, made valuable connections, and generally been spectacular at every opportunity. To business then. I had deep techno intentions on this mix, starting with the speaker breaker that is Simon from Sydney by L.F.O. However, it morphed into a whole different vibe. I'm really pleased it did because I love the randomness of this mix. Bizarrely the flow plays. (Fight me :))A rather lovely trip into slightly more bouncy, funky, jazzy territory ensues. (All good intentions, eh!) I found it difficult to keep still while recording this one and may have worn a hole in the carpet! As usual, it's a one take mix, and we go where the flow takes me. As in the case of the previous mix, I ended up on a classic curveball. Trust this mix will take you away to pastures new, both figuratively and literally. It's great for the commute, gym, walk, chill, and of course the dance. Occasionaly I just feel the need to blast out a 1hr mix. This one hit the other day and so I just smashed it out. From the deep dub inspired rumbling's of Tom Manzarek's LIVITY to the relentless rhythms of Synewave and plenty more. It's a nice little blast from my speakers to yours. Enjoy. 4c One take mix.

More journeys into my record racks. Nice little session this one turned out to be. Enjoy. I'll be back soon with more.
Sun came out. Beers flowed. Off the cuff set of jams. This is just something fun, from deep ambient to acid techno. This mix kind of works. I had fun anyway. Check it. It's a mix of two halves. Amazingly I haven't tried to mix all the tracks! No judging. Enjoy.
Back once again with sessionAlpha25 part ten. More adventures into my record racks. The sessions run on Saturday nights on the always special Detroit EQ. As usual, it's a deep dive into Deep House and Techno. Grab your scuba gear and join me.
Yes yes. Welcome along to more adventures of the sessionAlpha25 sessions. Deep House, Deep Techno, Deep Beats. The sessionAlpha25 sessions are broadcast via Detroit EQ every Saturday night. An excuse to get proper deep and very groovy. Enjoy.
A recording of the first Spectral of 2025. Four hours in the mix. Just me, some records, and the lovely drinkers and dancers. Tune in and hear what you missed. Experience the flow and come through for the next one. Every third Friday of the month from 22:00 till 02:00. Completely free entry. What's stopping you?
A recent trip to Sudbury in Suffolk inspired this mix. A lovely day out in a lovely town. The picture taken of the exterior of the Gainsbourgh house showed the different finishes on the buildings façade. So in the case of this mix I take the literal sense of the word texture. The mix, unlike the others in the series has minimal 4/4 and is more comfortable in the relaxed space. Like the other textures series however I touch on many different genre's as the flow progresses.I'll sign off now and let you enjoy the mix. Take care and see you real soon. 4c x
Show number eight, not number seven as mentioned in the intro. (I never could count) sessionAlpha25 is really finding it's vibe now. I'm really happy with this set list. Loads of absolutely cracking records in the mix. Enjoy this one. If you like it deep and like to be rewarded with a journey mix then do check it.Track list to follow.
How's your week been? A fruitful, productive one I trust.I'm so pleased to bring you sessionAlpha25 (part seven) Two plus hours in the mix with some (brand new to me) tracks, plus the usual smattering of classic house. This one is for the deep lovers. The 4am crew, the head down dancefloor soldiers. Kicking in with the looped up vibes of Metfah and Thomas Xu and setting the tone with the awesome Detroit flex of Darone Sassounian. I carry the vibe for you into some lush Techno and Electro territory. A proper journey mix then. Great for the dance, commute, gym, walking, or the best, just chilling. Two hours in the mix with some older tracks this week.Great for the commute, gym, walking or just sitting. For some of you, perhaps dancing too? Continuing the textures series. Something that came out of nothing. I've been sitting on this lovely coastal image for while. Textures 003 starts with some introspective deepness and then we get on the groovy loops. It's a short, but oh so sweet mix. The picture , Suffolk coast in early January inspired the mix. More trips into the deep on my weekly outing. This one completely mic free. Enjoy the vibes.
Textures 001 kicks of a new series for 2025. Picture taken in Cambridge one foggy Thursday evening. The pictures (a small series of shadow on raised concrete) inspired me to get back behind the decks and try a new exciting series of music accompaniments to my 'snaps' I'll be adding to this series often, (I find its best not confirm dates as I always break them). Expect to see a new image with a new mix as regularly as I can muster. Hope you vibe on these as I put them out. Please comment, engage and most of all. A mic free deep jaunt from Ambient to electro stopping along the way into house and tech territory. As is the usual way with the One Foot sessions, I take you on a lovely meander through this deep spectrum of music. Part two of the new show. Saturday Social Deep and dreamy on this one. Lots of lovely deep melodic jams. Enjoy.
New Saturday night residency on the fantastic Detroit Electronic radio. Diving into my record racks, in both physical and digital form. I'll be playing deep beats, electro, techno, house, and whatever floats my boat. Enjoy the first session.
I had the absolute pleasure to guest on the awesome open air weekend from the guys over on Love Will Save The Day FM. A lovely supportive group of like minded souls in the creative and artistic community. I was lucky enough to close the weekend off with my two hour session. I took inspiration from the various shows I had the fortune to check out over the three days. Starting off with the lush sounds of Ted Lucas and journeying into DJ Vadim and then into some more deeper and techy jams I had a vibe playing. I hope you enjoy the show. Comment and share. See you soon.
Hello all,It's been a while since we last got together isn't it. Firstly, how are you? Keeping well? Making good? I'm really pleased to catch up with you again actually, I've been so busy of late. Certain things have taken priority over music, the show and our monthly excursions, but you and the show were never far my mind. I've been brewing the idea of this show for some time, certainly since the last outing. I'm super happy to bring you this session, coming in at the slightly longer length of 2.5hrs, chocked full of mighty deepness. From Ambient lushness to melodic techno touching on Electro and some perfect deep house I present to you. Hello hello, I am very pleased to let you guys check out this mix done for the awesome That's What House is About. Nick's show is a bi-weekly two hour trip into the wonderful world of house music and it's sub-genres broadcast on the mighty D3ep radio network. Check it out. I recorded this mix in one take on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Playing a nice cross section of tunes touching on the diffent house sub-genres, I also kept it pretty upbeat and steered clear of the deep melancholic melodic vibe of my usual selections. I think it worked well. Back for some cover duties, on the always awesome D3ep radio network. This time covering Lornie's Saturday afternoon session.Just under two hours in the mix. From disco and soul to afro and deep, I touched all genres in this mix.Strictly live, strictly vinyl. Enjoy this one take session..Back soon with One foot 94 soon.
One foot 93 for your ears. Had some super fun on this one. Stay tuned for next months session. Sad to say that this will be the last d3ep session for me as I'm moving onto pastures new. In the meantime I'll be hosting the one foot sessions on here. I'd like to say, that I've had the best time on d3ep. The chaps over there are legend. One love to you. Enjoy this one. Show image on the way. 4c x
Hi there,I promised myself I'd be more active with my mixes this year. More willing to share my collection. So I put together this mix of jazz, soul, jazz funk, Latin and other vibes to accompany me and possibly you on your walk. I do love a good walk, it gives me time to process, re-connect and generally be at peace. Normally I go out with a playlist, but I felt the need to put these in a mix. So here is the result. A very relaxed collection of music, just perfect for you to stroll too. Take your time and meander down the gravel path until we get to our destination. It's worth it. Trust me. 4c x
Yes yes. Welcome along to show number four of 2024. I really enjoyed putting this one together. Did some digging in the racks and added some newer additions to the collection into the mix. Highlights in this show range from the fabulous new sounds of Johnny Drop and Andrew Ashong to the sublime deepness of Daranland. Dive into this one and enjoy. Share far and wide. One love. 4c x
Hello, here is a little live work out. A gap in the schedule appeared on the d3ep and I took the opportunity to jump on and spin some live vibes. Some mixes blend well, others (well I let you decide). I had fun regardless and it's always good to practice in front of a live audience. Enjoy. Music is good and lush. Enjoy.
More Sunday breakfast live steez on the always amazing D3ep radio network. I really enjoy doing these live impromptu sets. This ended up in some weird territory but good territory.A nice way to start my Sunday. One love all. Enjoy. If you want any track info, just shout me.4c x
Many moons ago I used to do a Sunday breakfast session. We travelled from beats, funk, soul, breaks, broken, house, and techno. They were fun. I'm starting them up again. Here is the first one of this year. Enjoy three hours of deep, but most definitely groovy tunes. One for the head phones even if I do say so myself. The tree in my front garden is moving into blossom so spring is on the way, so put a spring in your step and spring to this mix. One love. 4cImage from Da-da-sk
March has struck and so with that we've reached the third outing of the one foot sessions of 2024. Some lush vibes on this one even if I do say so myself. Some new slabs of wax from Eli Verveine, June Jazzin, and Discoteca, some lovely ambient from Space Afrika and Charles AD, solid house groovers from Jimpster and Turbo Jazz and a whole host of lushness from various artists make into the show. Dive in. One love 4C x
A special early session, where I dropped a two hour freestyle mix ranging from Turkish psych to house. Strictly radio show vibe. Not a performance set. Enjoy.
Into month two of 2024. This year is flying by. Seems like yesterday we were celebrating Christmas and New year. Anyway on with the write up. I did some digging in the racks for this one. Pulled some classic broken beat from the likes of Jazzanova et al, some tasty beat work outs from LTJ Bukem and sprinkled some newer house and techno into the mix. Considering I was/am fighting a chest infection I think it turned out pretty well. Some tricky transitions in this mix too, so tuck in and enjoy the sounds of One foot #90Bless you and yours. 4c x
Yes.So pleased to bring you the first show of 2024. Absolutely chock full of amazing music. Dive in and enjoy. Share away and I'll see you next month with more journeys into my record collection.
November's instalment of One foot. Dug into the racks of wax on this one with some quality old and new stuff. Enjoy. A nice flow to this mix.
Emma Champion covers the show for August. Guaranteed hotness. You know the deal. So pleased to bring you August's session covered by the super talented @djemmachampion. Emma brought her smokey vibes to the One Foot sound and nailed the whole show ethos. So pleased to have had her cover me. Dive in and get your champion fix. Big tings.4c x
Pleased to bring you One Foot 85. My first show back since July. Huge thanks to @djemmachampion for covering August's edition. This show kicks off with a nice deep trip by Chari Chari and we progress through the genre's until I settle on the usual deep melodic 4/4 vibe. Apologies, but due to some technical issues the show comes in at 1hr 55 as apposed to the usual 2hr mark. That doesn't mean however that you're getting short changed. Music is still very much on point. Enjoy and dive in. See you next month.4c x
Who's got the Jazz? This mix was done for the smashing chaps over at web wild radio. Check them out https://soundcloud.com/webwildradio With this mix I wanted to explore the connections between the modern jazz stylings of Tenderlonious to the deep techno of Mary Yalex. It's all Jazz, it's all dancefloor. It's all good. Let's expand our minds together. A strictly wax work out done in one take. Enjoy.
More 4c cover business (this time) for Digital Dan's Submerged sounds show. Enjoy. I went down a deep melodic techno rabbit hole on this one. Enjoy.
Into Julys session. I had a lot of fun on this one. Great to have so many who locked in live. Blessed to have your company. I hope you enjoy number 83. I certainly had fun putting it together. It's certainly one for your headphones. 4c
Sunday breakfast session on d3ep.com. A total rinse out on this one. Deep flavours as always. Enjoy.
Last minute cover session for Me James Lee. Only just remembered to hit record. Hence the cut at the start. Enjoy.
Hello again, Apologies I'm a little late with getting this one up. I've still got to sort through the ep's and do a track list. Also find some chortle text to write down as the bio, perhaps I should just get chat gtp to do the show write ups. Can you imagine? Anyway while I'm doing that you can enjoy the vibe. Chat soon. 4c
Yes yes.How is everyone? Here we are again. We must stop meeting like this, people will talk ;) Regardless, I'm very glad your here to enjoy another two hour mix up of tunes. This month OFITC hits 81. Some say this number is just that, another jump to get to the next stage, to others it means much more. In numerology, 81 is a number of humanitarianism, self-sufficiency, and is also the number of tolerance. The universe works in the most magical of ways doesn't it. I've been doing some serious life assessments of late and to be honest I've come to some startling conclusions. I must say it's been absolutely dreadful at times but you only grow when things get tough. The revelations have been in fact, quite liberating. So liberating in fact that (major life moments aside), I wanted to bring some of that humanity, and tolerance to this show. It ended up with a really nice dig into that more upbeat sunshine vibe. I am sure your ears will love it. I still get deep later on into the set but I'm really happy with the track choices. As ever, it's strictly live vibes recorded from the D3ep radio outings. Put this on in your headphones, stride out with your head up high and boss that moment. Thank you for blessing me with support, comments and shares. See you next month. 4c x
Back again with another instalment of my show. Broadcast live on DRN (@D3ep Radio Network) and syndicated to DBR (@Disc Break Radio) The show kicks off in the usual way with some deep Melodic, Ambient Electro/Techno into more upbeat vibes as the mix progresses. HelloI quite regularly do mixtape's for myself. Working on ideas, letting blends float, and mixing tracks that would perhaps not traditionally go together. These active musical canvasses help to formulate the show. Sometimes however the flow is just there without trying and the results are unexpectedly lush. Here's something of the later. Originally intended to help formulate ideas for OFITC this turned into a thing all by itself. So I've decided to put this one up in all its raw realness for you here to enjoy in it's entirety. Just me, some tunes and I hope you'll agree a rather lovely flow. Hello all, me again. Great to be back for February's One foot instalment. Bringing you another slice of deepness from my record racks. A little bit of overtime on this one too. Great for the pods! I really enjoy bringing you these monthly trips and to be honest with you I struggled to find inspiration over the course of last year. When I did do them it was very much on an introspective melancholic tip. Which were frankly really only about a cathartic exercise for me which is a bit selfish of course. I've opened up the vibe of these mixes in 2023 to be more positive. I hope you feel the change in vibe on this one too. If you listen to my shows to have them either for focus during your day, or like me, to process thoughts and feelings then I'm glad that we have been able to connect in some way. The universe really is wonderful isn't it and making these connections, however small is and always will be precious. I hope you and I shall never loose that fascination for new things. Especially music. So in this mix I bring you some old, new, and new to me tracks from my collection. I went digging deep into the digital archives for this mix. Hello allGreat to be able to say that I'm back with a new for 2023 OFITC. I missed the last few months of 22 due to unforeseen reasons so it's brilliant to able to share the One foot shows again. While not to everyone's tastes I hope that you will find something to connect with in these two hours and you'll let me take you on a mini trip into the vibey world of my record racks virtual and physical.OFITC 76 kicks off with some lovely ambient and moves into deep electro and deep techno before flipping into some deep house and back again. I had a lot of fun on this one, recorded live and broadcast on the d3ep radio network. Please excuse the occasional rawness of the mix. (this is not a pre-programmed synced mix) All live. All raw. Hello again.I'm back with part two of my cover sessions for the excellent @Djemmachampion on the @d3epradioIf you've checked out the first part you'll know I did a re-record as it didn't save. I have, on this mix re-recorded too, not because it needed one, I like the rawness that live mixing brings. The happy accidents, the slightly off the wall choices, no it was because I forgot to hit record! It's not a perfectly faithful re-run of the live show, I've added some tracks, removed others but as always with a 4c mix it's a strictly one take thing. The music choices on this cover show are in that weird non era, not old enough to be classic, not new enough to be fresh. They are certainly excellent tunes though as I'm sure you'll agree. It's been a few months since I dusted off the decks. My dj friend and station mate @djemmachampion kindly asked me to pull my proverbial finger out, blow off the dust, remove the lids and spin some tunes to cover her excellent Saturday session via @d3epradio.It's always great to be asked to do cover shows and stretch the legs (musically)This mix (part one of two) is a straight up re-record of the show that went out live. Unfortunately it didn't record. An impromptu cover session for D3ep's Adam Lawther. A super fun and mildly sloppy mix up of some wax and digital. In this age of sharing, I'm sharing it with you. All flavours in the mix, from looped up 4/4 to deeper than you like techno-tinged goodness. Keeping strictly on that loose house and melodic techno vibe. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Big up and blessings for the live listeners. Thanks for the ears. Catch you soon.
OFITC #75
One foot reaches number #75. Originally broadcast on the d3ep radio network as a three-hour special. A mix done while I was in recovery from the awful Covid. Gah... Rugged, raw, and very real. The mix is chock full of super deep, beautiful music. Absolute vibes. I'm sure you'll have as much fun listening to this specially extended mix as much as I had putting it together. See you guys soon.

September's outing with OFITC 74. Lots of deepness exploring ambient to dub into house and techno, all on that lush melodic tip. Enjoy.
Whilst away on my jollies, my good musical friend stepped in and took the reigns for OFITC. Braaks. Selector extraordinaire purveyor of deep grooves and rude beats.
He does not disappoint on this fire show. Sit back and strap yourselves in for 2hrs of wicked deep grooves.
Vibey as f*$k on this one kids.

First mix for a good while. Last night inspiration hit, so online I went for two hours of super dope deepness. We went to the deep end on this one, and stayed there. Enjoy.
Hello all. Normally you'd find my weekly One Foot excursions over on the D3ep page. However due to a fire at the data centre where the D3ep servers are located, there has been a catastrophic website crash. (along with millions of other websites)
D3ep management jumped to action to bring the site back just enough for us to carry on the One Foot vibe. With most of the page functions unavailable a rudimentary shout-box was supplied and I was able to bring the beats to the crew live. It brings me great pleasure to present to you, One Foot #36.
A strictly vinyl mix, starting off with the lush vibe of John Beltran and moving into some latin inspired vibes from one of my favourite compilations - The New Laltinaires series from Ubiquity. We then weave a way through the genres from a couple of Glenn Underground bombs to delve deeper into 4/4 on that house and techno vibe.
Enjoy the vibes. I'll put the full track list up soon. Peace and love to all. Catch the vibe live every Wednesday at 10pm utc, only on D3ep.com
Head Cleaner Vol 1 Welcome along to Head Cleaner Vol 1. I'm so pleased to debut this "mix" on crate digs. There is much great work going on at this fledgling station, shouts to all involved. After management asked me to contribute a show I knew immediately what I wanted to play. Casting aside my usual deep 4/4 I explore my love of Library, Heavy Beats and the occasional Psych tune, blended here for your ears by me 4c. Imagine a classic mixtape and you'll get a good idea of the vibe. One for the headphones then, it's a late night, thoughtful take on the journey. Get your supplies in, settle down with a nice smokey whiskey, turn your lights down low and get your head cleaned. 4c Check out crate digs >>> https://www.cratedigs.com/
