"Not to be surprised by unusual events, or a phrase that is often used to tell someone to be ready for something they knout nothing about."  We train for First, CPR and other emergency situations, but what about the unknown illnesses that our colleagues face and bring to the workforce.  As the Boy Scout Motto says, "Be Prepared" we can't allow these illnesses or conditions to catch us off guard.
