With the closing of @myhouseyourhouse-radio, it felt like time to also retire the "Sizzle Central" show name of the past 9 years. Introducing..."Medium Rare"!
Sizzle Central was pretty raw, with many tracks in the recordings being played by me for the first time, often purchased a couple of hours earlier. Medium Rare will be a little more curated, a little more practiced, but hopefully carrying on the same fun, live tradition of the previous show.
