Have you ever thought about all the times God has covered you?

I was recently speaking with a long-time friend who shared with me their gratefulness for our time of separation; because if it had not been for the separation, I may have been dragged down with them while their life was spiraling out of control.

I thought about the times people were removed from my life and I thought it was rejection, but all the while God was strategically removing people from my life who would have been more of a detriment than anything else. For this I give God praise for His covering!

He gives His angels charge over us to keep us in ALL our ways. In the times I strayed – the times that I insisted on doing it my way – even in the times of outright disobedience – He still had me covered (Psalm 91:11).

For the longest time I have lived like Isaac when Abraham was leading him up the mountain; Isaac was carefree. He had no cares. That has been me for so long. I just trust that my Father has me covered and that He will supply - protection/provision – He has and will always provide. I am living proof of God's Covering!
