Cape Town City will look to continue their good form when they travel to take on Kaizer Chiefs on tomorrow in an Absa Premiership game at the FNB Stadium. Over the weekend City brushed off the challenge of SuperSport United in the Nedbank Cup to reach the last 16, and are now unbeaten in their last six games in all competitions. Meanwhile Chiefs needed extra time to advance past Eastern Cape ABC Motsepe side Tornado, and while form suggests City may get the better of Chiefs, City’s coach Benni McCarthy says that the Amakhosi have been a bit of a bogie team for him, having suffered 3 defeats against Chiefs in the three meetings the two teams have played during McCarthy’s tenure. City is currently 4th on the table, with Chiefs 5th. Goal difference separates the two teams, although City do have a game in hand over their opponents.
