Chippa United coach Clinton Larsen opened his Chilli Boyz account with a win after the struggling Eastern Cape side beat fellow strugglers Maritzburg United 2-0 in an Absa Premiership match played at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth yesterday afternoon. Goals by Tebogo Tlolane and Andile Mbenyane gave the Chilli Boyz their first win since their 1-0 victory over Free State Stars in October last year. The former Lamontville Golden Arrows, Maritzburg United and Bloemfontein Celtic coach has said that he’s happy with the confidence shown by his players during the match. Larsen also said that his players executed exactly what they learnt when they were preparing for the clash.
