Cape Town City captain Lebogang Manyama believes that his nomination for four awards in the season ending PSL awards earlier this week is the result of the hard work he's put in. Manyama has been nominated for the Footballer of the season, he's up against Bidvest Wits captain Thulani Hlatshwayo and Mamelodi Sundowns skipper Hlompho Kekana. The Alexandra born attacker finished the 2016/2017 as the Absa Premiership top goal scorer with 14 goals. Meanwhile, Manyama has not ruled out a move to one of the big teams in the PSL in this transfer window. The 26year-old has been heavily linked with African champions Mamelodi Sundowns but he says any move will have to follow proper channels and be heavily endorsed by the Citizens' chairman John Comitis.
