Newly signed Supersport United midfielder Mandla Masango is keeping mum about the reasons of being sidelined by his Danish side Randers FC in the first five months of the season. Masango is on loan to United until the end of the season as he searches for game time, having last played for the senior team in the Danish Superliga in June last year. Speaking just before his second training session with United at the Megawatt Park in Sunninghill this morning, Masango didn’t want to share a lot of details about his return. Masango left Kaizer Chiefs in 2015 and it was reported that he had taken a salary cut to join Randers. In his first season, the Bafana Bafana international missed only two matches as he scored six goals in a total of 30 matches. It came as no surprise that the Danish team voted him as the player of the season. He still has a year left on his contract with Randers and is not sure what will happen at the end of this loan.
