The South African Football Association constitutional congress’ resolution to take over the running of Schools football from it’s associate member South African Schools Football Association (SASFA) could start another cold war in local football. The commission that was deliberating on this issue recommended that SAFA take over the running of schools football in partnership with Sports and Recreation South Africa and Department of Basic Education.
