Pirates are now left with three games in the group stages, their next two matches are away to Zamalek (1st September) and AC Leopards (14th September) before closing here at home against Al Ahly on the 21st of September. De Sa says because all the teams will be going all out to get points he’s expecting open games…

After three matches played in this competition, the Buccaneers remain the only unbeaten team in both groups and they’ve scored more goals (seven) than any other team.
