Daria Ripa helps orchestrate weddings at Kyiv's municipal Marriage Palace. For a decade, she's aimed to creating lifelong memories for the couples she coaches through their ceremonies. Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine began last year, that goal has taken on new meaning. The World's Carolyn Beeler visited Ripa at work one spring Saturday to bring us her story.
