Ingredients:
Walleye
red onion
celery
1/2 tsp of salt
1/8 tsp of curry powder
1/8 tsp of cayenne
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp lemon pepper

In salted water, boil walleye until cooked, it will float to the top of the pot when it is ready.
Finely chop the red onion and celery; this will be based on the amount of walleye you are using.
Mash the walleye up and combine with the vegetables. Use enough mayo so that the end result resembles a dense-like tuna salad.
Season the mixture with the spice mix above and combine thoroughly
place in a bowl in the fridge and let it chill for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Finally serve up the walleye spread, and drizzle some franks red hot over the spread.
