Reasoned's Darren Grimes chats with Conservative MP Andrea Jenkyns about BBC plans to, from August 1st, make the over-75s who are not in receipt of Pension Credit pay for a TV licence.

Andrea describes the plans as “completely ludicrous”, argues the BBC is reneging on their pledge to our pensioners and reads out some comments from concerned constituents who rely on their television set.

There's a real social justice case, Andrea says, for decriminalising non-payment of the BBC's telly tax.

The pair also discuss Brexit, the colleagues who still have not forgiven her for refusing to be loyal to Theresa May, Boris Johnson's plans to slim the nation and Marxist attacks on our values and our history.
