Our first guest is a long-time friend of No Copay Radio, Dr. John Douglas. John is the Executive Director of the Tri-County Health Department (TCHD) in Colorado, which serves Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas Counties and is the largest local health department in Colorado.

Prior to joining TCHD, Dr. Douglas served as Director of the Division of STD Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); and Chief Medical Officer of the National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention at CDC.

John brings us up to date regarding the status of the virus in Colorado. We hope to have John join us weekly to continue to provide you with the latest information regarding the corona virus in our local area.

Hunter Kennedy , the Executive Director Footprints of Recovery. Hunter is an expert on mental health and addiction and has over 20 years of experience helping people cope with general life anxieties as well as addiction and mental health issues.

Hunter discusses the mental health issues associated with social isolation. How can you mentally deal with the social isolation that we are all engaged in. What to do and how to stay positive.
