I was commissioned to write this piece as part of Painting Padiham in Lancashire by Burnley & Padiham Town Council. It includes the words of the general public and their answers to some questions I'd prepared for them to answer. This is the result!

Edie wants a better singing voice, It’s all about a choice, Shaz loves living in Wycoller, Soaking up the sun, Freddie is scared of Gorillas, But Gorillas are scared of Freddie! Matt loves summer, The days are long, There’s more time to have fun singing songs.

Ryan likes it with a beer and a book, Bob likes putting his socks back on, After the day so long.
