Mirna Smidt joined BEST in 2006. She is an interpersonal skills trainer, coach and entrepreneur, specialising in positive psychology training and interventions. In this part we’ll explore how and why she joined BEST, some of the experiences she had as a member and how being a BESTie led her on her path as a trainer.
