Yesterday marked 100 days since Faustin Archange Touadera was sworn in as president of the Central African Republic. Although there has been some level of political stability and peace in the country, CAR refugees in neighbouring countries are still reluctant to return stating that the disarmament and peace process is not assuring enough.
