The bi-annual Quilt National Festival is back in Port Elizabeth after nearly ten years, as it rotates between other cities in the country. The Siyadala festival has kick started at the Collegiate Girl's High School, where hundreds of quilters have gathered to showcase their colourful pieces and hopefully scoop the first place award.
