The African Union Chairperson (AU), Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma says the empowerment of women is a possible solution to problems African women face like poverty. Dlamini-Zuma was addressing delegates at the Africa for Africa Women's Conference in Port Elizabeth. She delivered her speech via a video link.
