President Biden has signed a bill sponsored by lawmakers from Texas that will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to come up with a plan for finding and eliminating underground tunnels between the U.S. and Mexico. Cartels have been using tunnels since the late 1980's to smuggle drugs, people and weapons across the border. The bill is called the DHS Illicit Cross-Border Tunnel Defense Act.
