You can give out that burner number, and then discard it when you don't need it any longer. You can have multiple burner numbers on one phone to help protect the privacy of your real digits. You can use the burner numbers and give them categories, like work.. life.. or anything else. The Burner phone number can even be local to where you are. Each one comes with unlimited calling and texting, and even its own picture roll. It comes with different spam settings and call blocking. There's a GhostBot feature that lets the phone give out generic responses to texts, if you don't want to chat with someone. Burner is a free app on iTunes and Android.
