Authorities raided eight hemp shops in the Allen area on Tuesday that police and the DEA say were selling products that contained more than the legal amount of THC. Five people were arrested in connection to the raids and a significant amount of inventory was confiscated. San Marcos-based attorney David Sergi, who represents the shops targeted, joined Mike Rogers and Austin York on KRLD Wednesday morning.
