Just days before the third anniversary of the school shooting in Uvalde, State Lawmakers sent Governor Greg Abbott a bill to improve law enforcement's response to school shootings. House Bill 33 is called the Uvalde Strong Act. Authored by State Rep Don McLaughlin, the former Mayor of Uvalde on that day.
