Springbok captain Eben Etzebeth has thrown his support behind Coetzee being retained as Springbok coach regardless of the average season the team have had. With two wins against France and Italy and a record defeat against Ireland and a narrow loss to Wales to finish off their tour of Europe, Coetzee says that the tour was satisfactory considering that a more experienced Springbok team in 2014 achieved the same results and lost to the same teams.
