Blue Bulls coach Pine Pienaar has selected Springbok centres Jan Serfontein and JJ Engelbrecht ahead of their do-or-die Currie Cup clash against the Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Saturday. Pienaar also made changes to his pack of forwards with Jacques Engelbrecht starting at number eight and Jono Ross moving to flank while Wiaan Liebenberg drops out of the team. There has also been changes on the bench with Werner Kruger replacing Dean Greyling as the replacement prop and Clayton Blommetjies comes in place of Ulrich Beyer………

Blue Bulls captain Jono Ross says even though they beat the Cheetahs in the first round of the competition they are expecting a very tough game as both teams will be fighting for the last semi-final berth……..

Pienaar is wary of the Cheetahs especially with Springboks Adriaan Strauss and Coenie Oosthuizen back in the team and says that their defence will need to be up to scratch if they are stop the Cheetahs. Pienaar is hopeful that his team will play their best game of the season and make it into the semi-finals……
