Her career spans from trade operations, to selling vanilla trade products, through to structuring of trade finance deals. She has experience in training and presenting on trade related topics to delegates from various backgrounds. Boitumelo has an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, a Diploma in Treasury & International Banking, and a Master of Business Leadership with UNISA. Her thesis topic was “The analysis of the training and development effectiveness in the global trade industry in South Africa.”
