Abuse is a misuse of power intended to harm or control another person. The early signs that lead to abuse are normally always there but frequently women ignore them, even when they can see them. Some end up dead because of this. In many cases women stay in abusive relationships because they either don’t have a job or they depend on their man to provide shelter or other resources. We ask, why do women always protect the abuser and why do women stay in abusive relationships?
