The court’s have dismissed a case of R3 million damages against the Department of Basic Education by the family, after Michael Komape died after drowning in a school pit latrine on Limpopo. Daniel Linde, Deputy-Director at the Equal Education Law Centre, joins the show to discuss the decision by the courts and whether or not further justice can or will be sought by the family.
